Your brain is the most complex and powerful bio-computer on the planet. And until very recently we knew almost nothing about the way it actually works. In fact, Psychology Today magazine reports that over 90% of what we know about the brain has been discovered in just the last 10 years!

And yet many of the common approaches to removing fears and phobias, and to changing unhelpful habits, have remained the same for decades! These approaches typically require lots of pain, lots of time, or lots of both. And even then they often don't work.

The great news for you is that it doesn't have to be that way!

Using the latest technologies and understandings of human consciousness, methods have been developed which can now free you from your fears, phobias and habits without you having to experience any pain at all. And more often than not, in the right expert hands, these methods literally take just minutes, not months or years!

If that sounds unlikely to you just now, consider this...

The reason these methods are successful is that your brain learns much faster than you think.

Picture this common situation... a little girl gets bitten by a dog, and has a fear of dogs for years afterwards. Often this fear will be so strong that she feels terrified every time she sees a dog, even if it's a small dog a long way off. Now what is significant about this illustration is that a) she is very scared, every single time, without fail, b) she learnt to be this scared in just a split second, when that first dog bit her, even if she doesn't "remember" the incident, and c) this learning can last for an entire lifetime.

Thus the little girl's brain (like mine and yours) can learn to react powerfully, reliably and consistently in just a split second. Of course in the case of a phobia like that, or of a fear or habit, what the brain has learned is less than helpful, but it does show you how quickly learning can take place. And this is good news! Because it means that with the right cutting-edge techniques, skilfully applied, your brain can in the same way make the positive change it needs to STOP doing the thing which is so unhelpful (e.g. being terrified of dogs), and instead do something which is much more useful to you. Which sounds like a good swap, wouldn't you say!

Just some of the fears, phobias and habits which can be completely resolved in this way include:

  • Fears and Phobias of...
    Flying
    Public speaking
    Heights
    Snakes, spiders and animals of any kind
    Darkness
    Meeting new people
    Agoraphobia, claustrophobia, etc.
  • Habits such as...
    Smoking
    Addiction to chocolate or other foods or drinks
    Nail biting
    Comfort eating, etc.
  • Memories of traumatic events...
    Pain from memories of abuse or assault
    Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
    Anger and guilt over events in the past, etc.

So now STOP!... and picture what you saw the last time you were in that situation, and as you do remember the feelings that you had. And as you remember this ask yourself and honestly answer: "What is this problem costing me right now? How much pain and suffering will it have cost me in 5 years time? What happiness and success will I continue to miss out on because of this?"

And as you consider all of this, you can by now naturally recognize the benefits and joys of taking action to be free, once and for all.
